MHOAC Essential Needs, August 5, 2002
Adopted by CSAA interim board as guide for planning and advocacy
June 7, 2006 e-mail from Tom Peluso, CSAA Chairman:
Good Morning,
I've been reviewing my files and looking for material the CSAA did in the past that we should capture so as not to repeat work already done.  I've attached the first installment.  I'll send others from time-to-time.  The initial work was done by MHOAC in 2002.  The CSAA interim Board adopted the document unanimously and planned to use it as a guide for planning and advocacy.  It's a solid document.  Kindly read it, print it, and save it to file along with the By Laws.  Many of you probably recall the document, for you it will serve to refresh memory.  For new members, the document will give you the opportunity to see the path we have walked and share in the vision we saw.
To be useful, a document like this one needs to flexible and should be modified when appropriate.  Think about how we might accomplish that and we'll discuss it.
Shalom,
Tom
